Primary Responsibilities:
1) Liasioning with Banks & Financial Institutions. Developing Banking relationships.
2) Preparation of Project information memorandum includes assessment and credit requirement, Preparation of in principal formats.
3) Preparing CMA Analyzing the Financial statements, Business Model, Working Capital Cycles, and assessing the credit worthiness of Projects.
4) Finalizing on final board notes. Answering the queries from PSU banks on the proposal
5) Follow up on the disbursement from banks
6) Responsible for mandate procurement, must have knowledge of Term loan, Trade Finance Products, Factoring, LC etc.
7) Providing Financial Advice and Debt Syndication.
