Basic Requirements
1) Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8 - 12 years of relevant work
experience in the area of Finance, Operations & Secretarial areas. Company
Secretary qualification will be an advantage
2) Should have independently handled MIS, Taxation, Audit, Budget, Secretarial,
Compliances, etc
3) Should have work experience in the financial services sector with desirable
experience in the private equity Industry
4) Should be a team player with excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Immediate
- Multi-dimensional monthly MIS
- Ensuring various tax compliances
- Financial audit (across Jurisdictions)
- Annual budgets
- Improving existing processes
- Secretarial & regulatory compliances
- Supervise routine operating activities
- Supervising the finance function of Group Ventures (managed by an
experienced Finance Executive)
Subsequent
- Investor Relationship & related matters
- Taking certain responsibilities of CFO
Structure
- Supported by an experienced Finance Manager (Graduate with 6 years of
relevant workex)
- Active co-ordination with various Service Providers
- Reporting to CFO
