All day-to-day Accounting operations (Tally Accounting Software)
Verification &Approval of transactions along with providing structural framework & guidelines to Accounting Staff
Liaison with Banks & associated people for compliance (documentation etc)
Preparing Monthly/Quarterly/Year-end close Financial Statements (MIS) as per Management Requirements
Internal Audit for Accounting checks & controls,
Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet.
Assisting the Companies C.A on Issues & Queries
Maintaining monthly Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Bank Reconciliation
Responsible for daily cash management/ Banking Transactions & Analysis of the check register with reporting to Head Office/Director.
Accounts Receivable; generating monthly customer statements.
Applied daily cash and credit payments to the appropriate customer accounts
Analyzed monthly Accounts Receivable ageing report and determined which customer accounts need reminder.
Stock Taking and maintenance of stock statements
Calculation /Workings & submission of TDS, VAT, CST, Service Tax
