Bank Limit Management exposure
Preparation of Balance sheet, P & L statement, and Annual reports.
Complete ownership of Taxation & Audit Division Team Handling Experience.
Knowledge of IND AS Preferred.
Overall Knowledge of various audits like stat, tax, Transfer Pricing , Internal audit etc..
Ensuring closing of books & audits within given deadline .
Knowledge of Taxation.
Monthly presentation of MIS Reports.
Fund Raising , Co-ordination with bankers ,NBFC etc
Hands on Excel skills.
Required Experience: 5 years to 10 years
