Managing sales accounting of Distributor, Key Accounts & Govt Accounts Managing CFA & Company owned Depot Operations Assessing monthly sales forecast and ensuring timely availability of stock at depots as per plan Performing customer and product wise contribution/ profitability analysis of institutional customers Presenting variance reports to management regarding Budget v/s Actual Sale Variance, Gross Margin Variance, SG&A Exp Variance, etc. Supervising implementation of SOPs and polices of company Administering Statutory & Internal audits Conducting depot audit in respect of commercial policies of company and distributor audit in respect of secondary sales reporting Looked after VAT compliances including payments and filing of returns and assessments across states Handling Income tax Scrutiny case, TDS, Service tax compliance including payment before due date and filling E-return Prepare CMA data for Bank, Bank Stock statement and Sanctioning Cash credit Loan, Packing Credit Loan and Term Loan Handling HR Function, ESI, EPF, Salary, Expenses and compliance of ESI, EPF and Labor Finalization of Balance sheet and assist to statutory auditor. Played a stellar role in restructuring the Secondary Freight System which led to a reduction in the cost of same Appointed 3 new CFAs which led to a reduction in CFA Cost Introduced Depots Audit to check the implementation of commercial policies of company and Adherences of Statutory compliances and distributor audit in respect of secondary sales reporting and utilization of schemes
