Act as a single point of contact for corporate of the assigned territory. Act as a point of contact for customer to assist with escalation for after sales services in order to achieve 100% customer satisfaction Maintain healthy and revenue generating relationship with business partners Create and implement account development strategies that significantly enhance growth and generate revenue.
