*Designation: Senior Accounts Executive Qualification: Commerce Graduates/Masters. Positions Open: 2 Location: Koramangala, Bangalore* Roles & Responsibilities: • Bookkeeping and preparing necessary reconciliations. • Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 and preferably any one of the following software like Zoho-books, Quick-Books, etc. • Ongoing data-entry, which requires accurately logging of transaction, details into the accounting system and attaching supporting documentation. • Review and maintain records of assigned tasks accurately as designed. • Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting team. • Conduct monthly bank account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance • Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary • Reconcile balance sheet accounts • A good team player, leader having good convincing attitude to get the work done from articles. • Manage daily reports from articles and report self-daily activities to operations. • Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CA with conducting audits *Experience: Minimum 1-3 years
