Responsible for managing, developing, and supporting the Oracle Hyperion Financial Management team. The HFM will have expertise in Hyperion Financial Suite and other enterprise performance management EPM technologies (Calculation Manager, FDMEE, DRM). Project efforts will include:- full lifecycle support and development of financial consolidation applications, including identification and documentation of business requirements, development of key business processes to support a Oracle FM application, rules development (allocation, consolidation & calculations, etc.), system and user testing, data sourcing strategies, data validation and user support provided with training and documentation. Clearly communicate details as well as offer insight and guidance client staff. High visibility role requires excellent time management, proven delivery outcomes, as well as deep project management skillset including the ability to provide detailed updates that ensure issue recognition as well as proposed solution / options to support and maintain project success.
A. HFM- hands-on design/development
B. Minimum 1 projects implementation experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
C. Complete functional understanding of HFM functional areas including
a. Accounting rules and interpretation of the same for iGAAP, IFRS and any other country GAAP
b. FDM based data management and rules around trial balance validation
c. Statutory reporting packs in standard GAAP
D. Any ERP expertise- deep expertise and understanding of the Financial modules of any ERP
E. Knowledge of additional Oracle product suites around cost and profitability management including but not limited to the following modules:
a. Hyperion Cost and Profitability Management
b. OFSAA
Required Experience: 3years to 8 years
