The person would primarily be required to lead the project team, keep the work focused on the objectives and market the groups services. Some of the key work areas would include: Building relationships with key transaction oriented / acquisitive groups in the identified sector / region Preparing pitches for obtaining new mandates Assist in identifying interesting companies for pitching / ideation Coordinating and managing the financial, tax, commercial and operational due diligence process in a transaction Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry and the regulatory environment Build a strong network with peers and professionals in the field.
