Responsible for managing, developing, and supporting the Oracle Hyperion Financial Management team. The HFM Lead will have expertise in Hyperion Financial Suite and other enterprise performance management EPM technologies (Calculation Manager, FDMEE, DRM). Project efforts will include: full lifecycle support and development of financial consolidation applications, including identification and documentation of business requirements, development of key business processes to support a Oracle FM application, rules development (allocation, consolidation & calculations, etc.), system and user testing, data sourcing strategies, data validation and user support provided with training and documentation. Clearly communicate details as well as offer insight and guidance client staff. High visibility role requires excellent time management, proven delivery outcomes, as well as deep project management skillset including the ability to provide detailed updates that ensure issue recognition as well as proposed solution / options to support and maintain project success.
