1. Responsible for handling Labour Issues, Court proceedings, Union issues & related departments
2. Responsible for handling entire payroll for 1300 employees and 500 vendor employees.
Other Details:
• CTC maximum is Rs.12 15 lakhs
• Reporting GM HR
• Male candidates Preferred
• Marathi speaking candidate Preferred.
• Someone who has handled Union, though we dont have any union.
• Also someone who is from Navi Mumbai area.
• Preferred qualification MSW from a reputed institute.
